Villegiature retro....

Maison ancienne sympathique....ds un joli quartier verdoyant....impression d etre recue avec un accueil familial et bon enfant. Propre, climatise, et parking. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !!!

Sehr schöne alte Villa .Die Einrichtung ist auch passend.Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.Der Strand ist nur ca.10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.250 Meter von der Villa ist ein ganz toller französischer Bäcker der Ware aus eigener Herstellung verkauft.Die Preise sind in der ganzen Gegend moderat und man hat viele verschiedene Nationen in der Nachbarschaft. Ich würde wieder dort Buchen.

Charmante propriété bien située de tous commerces et des transports. La chambre est rétro. Les sanitaires sont sur le palier mais bien entretenus. Agréable séjour. Le stationnement en voiture peut être difficile.

Séjour de 2 jours pour raisons professionnelles. Notre choix s'est porté sur cet établissement pour des raisons purement géographiques. Première surprise désagréable: la salle de bains commune...c'était pas prévu et la propreté du lieu en général est juste correct. Deuxième surprise: la poignée de la porte, celle ci tient par miracle, la porte certes ferme à clef c'est un moindre mal. Troisième surprise: service petit déjeuner...y en a pas! Contrairement à la.description, dommage on aurait pas dit non pourtant! Quatrième surprise: Le départ, rendu des clefs avec taxe de séjour cela se fait au premier au milieu des bureaux d'entreprises mais...le gérant n'est pas la... Point positif la literie est très confortable c'est non negligeable

Chère pour le service proposé. Sdb très sale (indépendante sur le couloir). Pas de service de petit déjeuner (Contrairement à ce qu.il est indiqué dans l’annonce). TV HS, Des entreprises installées dans la villa ( agence immobilière, FORD, ....). Bref n’importe qui peux entrer et sortir.

Belle villa avec salle de bain commune

Beau bâtiment, joli jardin, bel emplacement, climatisation efficace et prix raisonnable. Manque une penderie et au moins une chaise. Surtout il serait plus correct d'afficher salle de bain et WC communs à 4 chambres.

Best place in town!

A fantastic place nice renovated and with lots of charm. Walking distance to the airport and restaurants. Easy acces to town bus buss 10 min.

Sejour d'une nuit avant de prendre l'avion, un peu loin de l'aéroport surtout quand il pleut averse à 6 heures du matin.Des indications sur les horaires de bus dans la chambre seraient un plus. Sinon hôtel satisfaisant.

Best shower ever!

Most awesome shower of our trip! Didn't mind having a shared bathroom, only 2 other guests. Bedding was excellent as were the huge towels. Biggest complaint would be the Internet. Constantly kicking you off and having to completely log in again. Couldn't go 10 minutes without it logging you off. Very residential location, close to the airport and bus stops.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Although we were only there for three nights we were disappointed we were in a HMO multi occupancy house with shared facilities and not a proper hotel with any ratings. We clearly stated when doing the booking we requested for bed and breakfast and when we got there we were told we had to pay £12 per person which was a continental breakfast of which we were not happy at all, so refused to have it. I fail to understand how we were put up in a house and no cleaners to do our room every morning or clean up the shared bathroom. We spoke pure English to the person of whom i do not know understood whatever i said to her and yet even repeated myself about the bed and breakfast. I would not recommend this place to anybody not in a million years to come. We are totally gutted and disappointed as this was our first trip to Nice and seeing what we went through never again to come there. We could do with a discount or compensate us for the disappointment.
