"Front desk staff was excellent upon checkin. Fast courtesy and easy. Took less than 5 minutes. Hotel was clean but not perfect. I’ve stayed at much worse locations. Room was clean and no odors. Fresh lines and towels daily. My complaints would be noise from the room above. Very loud. So much so it woke us up two days in a row. Not much insulation or sound barrier. Lastly, I noticed the window in the room was not and would not lock. It was broken. We were located on the first floor too."

"We arrived 4 hours early and inquired about an early check-in when we were offered an upgrade to the presidential suite for only $100 more than the tower king we had reserved. The staff then made it a priority to get the room ready and we received a phone call in less than 30 minutes letting us know it was cleaned. We have stayed at the Little America several times and have never had a complaint."

"When arriving found out there was someone else in our room. The room we paid for was two queens but the room they gave us because they didn't have anyone queen rooms was a king bed with a pull out. We figured that the next day they would gives the room that we paid for but that didn't happen. The breakfast was ok. They hot tub jets didn't work correctly."
