The exclusive and very quiet 'ART City Studio Kassel 4' is located in a prime location on the eastern outskirts of Kassel with a magnificent view over the Fulda floodplains on Kassel's landmark, the Hercules (World Heritage). The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished. Exclusive designer furniture, loving accessories and many works of art await you. As a free extra we offer you for Internet use a W-LAN access. In front of the door and in the directly adjacent streets are numerous FREE parking lots. The large south-facing balcony boasts a view of the expansive Fuldaaue and the Hercules (UNESCO World Heritage Site). With table and chairs he invites you to linger in the sun. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two of the cozy and quiet bedrooms are equipped with a large double bed (1.80m x 2.00m). The third bedroom has two separate single beds (0,90m x 2,00m). The sleeping areas are very quiet. The living room is equipped with a comfortable, pull-out sofa bed (1.60 x 2 meters) for 2 people, with flat-screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. Further there is a very spacious dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a large kitchenette incl. Dishwasher equipped, the high quality, modern bathroom u. a. with shower and separate toilet. 100% weiterzuempfehlen

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse oder dem Balkon (ich weiß nicht genau, als was es bezeichnet wird) ist atemberaubend!!!! Wir würden die Wohnung definitiv jedem weiterempfehlen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch dort! :)
