"Front desk staff was wonderful; friendly, efficient, helpful and professional when handling a guest that didn’t want to wait in line. The hotel was full due to a nearby event and it was still very clean and well stocked with free water and fruit. The drink at check in was an extremely appreciated surprise after a long drive. We’re looking forward to coming back just to experience the hotel for the weekend, lounge at the pool and enjoy the onsite restaurant that we didn’t get to try last time but smelled amazing. "

"Maple Inn will forever be where I stay no matter where I need to go in the bay area. The neighborhood is quite and there are tons of restaurant choices within walking distance. The staff was so friendly and attentive, no matter what I asked for they delivered. The Inn feels warm and inviting unlike most places that have that slick, cold corporate feel. The room was super clean and expertly apointed. There's even a nice robe for you in the closet. There's a coffee, tea and cucumber water station 24/7 and well stocked vending machines on every floor. The breakfast buffet (which is complimentary) was way more than I expected. Scrambled eggs with cheese, ham, sausage, potatos, pancakes, bagels, muffins, fruit, chobani yogurt, rice and miso soup(my favorite) also cold and hot cereals. The pool area is beautiful and a great place to have your breakfast as it opens up right next to the dining room. I can't say enough good about it and I can't believe how reasonable the price was! Can't wait to go back."
