Best hotel I stayed at in Vietnam

This hotel was surprisingly amazing. I just needed a place to crash for a few days, so it far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful large room, excellent breakfast, a lobby cafe, close to restaurants, super friendly staff, this place had it all. Look no further.

Great hotel!!

You can get more than you pay. Kind staff and clean room. It’s close to Hoa Lu old town so we enjoyed the beautiful view both at night and in the morning.

The hotel is new so it is clean and modern. The room was nice. We had the corner room on the 6th floor so there was many windows for light and the veiw. The balcony was big, The hotel is very nice. But the location is very bad. I can see why it was not busy. The main reason people come to the area is for 2 places and those locations are 7.5km away. The buddist temple is another 30 minutes away by taxi. When we checked it would have cost us 277k dong one way. The hotel should offer free shuttle to the popular location, like every 2 hours from 9 to 5, And 1 or 2 times to the temple. If they offered this service i believe they would have more people stay in the hotel. They do have bikes and they are sporty bikes and we took advantage of it and it was free with the stay but they only have 3 bikes. Overall the hotel is nice and modern but it is just in a bad location.

O hotel tem aparência de novo e muito limpo, o perigo está no piso escorregadio, que quando lavado não é seco totalmente. Meu marido escorregou em frente ao elevador e quase caiu. O café da manhã é razoável, a melancia tem um gosto estranho de tempero. Tentamos alugar uma scooter, inicialmente a recepcionista disse que custaria 150k, depois voltou pedindo desculpas, mas que agora custava 250k. Aluguel de scooter no Vietnã é meio que tabelada, pagamos 150k nas 5 cidades por onde passamos. A solução foi caminhar 550 metros e entrar em outro hotel e alugar por 150k a diária. Na noite anterior a nossa saída, o hotel providenciou duas passagens para Halong as 07:30, ao chegar para realizar o check out as 07:15, a recepcionista informou, já se desculpando, que não teria carro para o nosso destino. Depois de vários questionamentos, entre o que eu já havia pago pelas duas passagens, a recepcionista fez uma ligação e informou que o carro estava a caminho. Quinze minutos depois chegou uma van com dois lugares restantes e que nos levou a Halong. A nossa conversa só foi possível com a ajuda do Google tradutor, já que a recepcionista falava muito pouco inglês. Só não consegui entender se ela se confundiu ou se rolou uma má fé de quem vendeu os assentos na van. De positivo só vale ser próximo do Old Town, 10 minutos de caminhada.
