We had an amazing stay at this ski lodge in Niseko. The service team truly went above and beyond for us and made our trip so easy and enjoyable. It was our first time in Niseko and the staff were incredibly accommodating, even organising our private airport transfers, which made everything completely stress-free. They were always happy to help with recommendations and any questions we had. The accommodation was very comfortable, we stayed in the quad room and it was perfect for our group. Breakfast each morning was great and a really nice way to start the day before heading out to the slopes. The Niseko United Shuttle bus stop was less than 5 min walk down the road. Huge thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko!

Communication with Banff was very good. Room was everything I could have expected, having our own bathroom and bath was a bonus. My only qualm is that the beds were a bit old and that the couch in the room just took up a lot of space when trying to sort out our massive ski bags… overall very happy with the stay!

Such a beautiful comfy lodge in Higashiyama. It’s walking distance from Milk Kobo and some restaurants. We loved this classic lodge, clean room with private bathroom, large kitchen with variety of cooking equipments and beautiful view. Staffs are also helpful and easy to communicate via message. Strongly recommend if you stay in Niseko :)

ニセコ東山にある木々に囲まれた素敵なロッジです。トイレ・バスルーム付きの4人部屋に泊まりましたが、清潔感があり窓からの景色も素敵でした。 共用キッチンも広く、調理器具もほぼ揃ってるので、友人と楽しく料理できました。 友人やご家族の旅行にオススメです。
