"The room is exactly as pictured on the website. The staff are beyond amazing. It has a nice self service laundry room. Perfect location, walkable to many things. Absolute perfect hotel. Oh and beds were soooo comfortable!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The room was impressively large by Tokyo standards—we could easily open two big suitcases with room to spare. Everything was spotlessly clean and had a modern, stylish feel. The location worked perfectly for us. It's just a 2-minute walk to JR Shiomi Station. Tokyo Station is also just 3 stops away, which made day trips really convenient. We also loved winding down at the large public bath after long days of walking. Staff were friendly and helpful, and having a Family Mart right downstairs was super handy for late-night snacks. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is showing signs of aging. The carpets need to be replaced. Shower could get some tile grout redone. We found out our floor is scheduled to have new work done so this could be next on the list. It’s very convenient location offsets the aesthetics. However it’s secure and quiet and priced appropriately."

"Staff were amazing and always smiled as we passed through reception. Hotel is in a lovely area with lots or shops and places to eat. 5 minutes walk from The Tokyo Dome. Hotel was super clean but we did find the bedroom carpet and under the bed was actually in a need of a good hoover. That is the only let down of this hotel."

"Staff was very kind. They gave a little gift for my girlfriends birthday. They kept the room clean everyday with optional do not disturb button in the room. They also kindly held our luggage after we checked out."
