"The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Everyone spoke English, and there were always multiple people available to assist us (no waiting!). The hotel location is in the heart of the Shinjuku area, which is full of Japanese young people and tourists in the evenings (especially weekends). The rooms are a bit small by American standards, but we were comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and the shower was excellent. Breakfast had an incredible number of choices, and was consistently delicious. Some of the meals I had at lunch or dinner (elsewhere) didn't have a lot of vegetables or fruit, and I relied on breakfast for plenty of those. We loved Japan, and Groove Shinjuku enhanced our experience."
