"It was such an amazing experiences. The staff was super nice and the area is so so peaceful. Island is so kind. Everything was bliss. Not much of an ocean view at our spot because the tree covered part of it but still you could see a lot of the ocean and you can easily walk around and see more of it thanks to the park and viewpoints. "Exceptional service. Staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only thing to be aware of is the hotel is situated quite a way away from Fukuoka city centre. There is not much around the hotel."

"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。 今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"滞在費を抑えつつ長期の旅を快適に過ごせるという点で、全体的にとてもコストパフォーマンスの高い宿でした。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。 ただ一点、改善していただきたい点があります。階段が雨で濡れやすく、カビも発生しやすいため、特に雨天時には滑りやすく危険です。これは階段全体を覆う屋根が十分でなく、雨を防げていないことが一因だと思われます。この点が改善されれば、最高評価を付けたいです。 "
