"Our stay was exceptional, in large part, because of the hotel's warm, engaging, and responsive staff at all levels, from Florencia and Alex at the front desk to Albert in the restaurant and from Daigon in housekeeping to Chavelle in the concierge desk.
It should be noted that hotel accommodations are excellent and the building is well maintained. Plus, it is well situated, including a quick walk from Central Station. "
