"Beautiful hotel with an interesting history and staff that really love to share all about it. As others have said, the beds were very hard...but even with that, we loved our stay and plan to return."
The Resort at Port Ludlow

"The property grounds and surrounding area is stunning. This extends to the room, it felt warm and homey in the best way. The size of the rooms were amazing, the jet tub was a hit with my kids, and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities fee paid for itself with the included parking alone. We were sad that they did not have any of the s’mores kits made (2 kits were supposed to be one of the included amenities) and didn’t offer an alternative or to make more kits. The checkout time listed on my itinerary when I booked said 12pm, I was informed that the hotel had switched to 11am after the date I booked. I would have hoped the original booking would be honored but it was only an hour. The made to order breakfast was waayyy too expensive for what you get. Snack market onsite was standard for hotel. The one restaurant looked nice but definitely not a reasonable choice if you have young kids. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids under 10-13. Going as a single adult or couple would be the best experience."

"This charming farmhouse has everything you need: a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the bay. Communication with Deb was excellent throughout. The location was ideal for exploring the island or going in to Port Townsend."

"If you like remote forest, waking up to a variety of sounds of, peaceful and quiet you will not be disappointed. Our first night there two owls came to visit sat in the tree overhead and watched us and made several beautiful sounds communicating with us. It was pretty exciting to see. My daughter and I slept in a king size bed. That was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again."
