Terrible experience. I booked this room weeks in advance for a work trip and traveled all the way from LA. As soon as I entered the lobby, there was a strong smell of dog urine. When I was given my room, it was not clean and was completely unacceptable. I was eventually given an out-of-order room, which made the experience even more frustrating after traveling and making my reservation weeks in advance. The manager was supportive and tried to help me. I unfortunately forgot his name, but I believe it started with a J. Other than his assistance, this was a horrible establishment and an extremely disappointing experience. The cleanliness and overall condition were unacceptable.

The location is really nice. Considering the value, the property is not doing good. I stayed for a week, and I only requested service once. Only needed towels, but I thought they will at least clean the room and vacuum and wipe surface and such. Was really disappointed.

Literally the most accommodating place I have stayed with my 5 year old and senior pup. The breakfast area should be opened and not in the little closet and maybe include another waffle maker especially during holiday travel. For the price of the nightly stay, the parking garage should be included, especially for rewards members. Otherwise, my neurodivergent child felt at home! It was a great experience with exceptional staff!

We arrived on time for check in, we spoke with Christopher at the front desk, he mentioned that it would be about 30 minute wait, we sat back and watched other customers check in and go to their rooms, Christopher passed by us at about 3:20 and said he would be right back. Then he proceeded to pass us to the front desk and then go to the back, on his way out( he was headed home for the day when I approached him) I asked about our room and then he went back behind the desk and looked under our room, and stated that the floor in the room was going to be wet because they had a cleaning crew in there this morning and the floor would be damp. I stated that I wasn’t aware of this and there was no way at the price I was paying to have to walk on a damp floor , especially since I was going to be there with my wife for only one night. He spoke with the woman behind the counter and they were able to get us another room. What gets me is that he was just going to skip right out of there and leave this problem with the other employee. I don’t know if he is like this often, but something’s needs to be said.

Room was clean however I was given a room with a broken stove and microwave. I booked from Friday to Monday and had my family. It was a huge inconvenience as I booked this hotel for the kitchen they had to avoid spending so much on outside food during my trip. We weren’t able to be accommodated and moved to another room until Sunday afternoon. They did refund me for the first two nights so I was appreciative for that. Just wish I had a room that worked throughout my entire stay. Otherwise everything else was fine, staff was kind and didn’t seem to be annoyed during my grievances.

The common areas are spacious and decorated nicely. Breakfast was very good! The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. However the sofa and chair were in very poor condition and should be replaced.

The breakfast was tasty, but not very hot. The bed was terrific, the sofa bed has really bad cushions. The bathroom doors does not close. The highlight was the front desk agents, especially Rachel. They were always smiling and helpful. Thanks.

We stayed a couple of day in April 2026. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Hotel was clean one thing was only one elevator worked. Don’t know why the other was not working but we had to wait for the elevator more than necessary. Also the floor by the elevator in the main floor was peeling off, accident hazard. Rooms were above average. Parking lot is needed.
