"The breakfast was terrible . Potatoes cold eggs no taste . Only one washcloth in the room we called to ask for more no answer my mom had to go down and get and they say housekeeping would bring it we waited like 2 hours to get them calling the phone no answer . This my first time leaving a review to any hotel it was very terrible I would never go back there ! I’m always please with my hotels but this time I wasn’t at all"

"The staff was very helpful and understanding when I was not satisfied with my room upon arrival. I did get an upgrade, which made the stay a little better. I wasn't a fan of the pool area or the restaurant and bar. The location is further up North it was quiet but it wasn't any restaurants in the area. The area seemed more like residential"
