"Bathroom dirty and poorly maintained"

"A lovely facility in a lovely location. I cannot repeat that often enough. However, one of the outside security doors which supposedly needed a room key to open was unlocked throughout my stay. Also one guest's pet dog yapped for several minutes at different times during the night. Finally, the office is in an entirely separate building from the inn, and figuring that out can be a challenge for a first-time guest."

"We really like this place, it’s the only one we’ve ever gone back to more than once. It’s very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outside area is absolutely fabulous. The covered porch, patio and fire pit all overlook the confluence of two very small creeks.We use it as a relaxing getaway, but there’s lots of great hiking in the area and the Ohio River is only twenty minutes away.The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate and get along with."

From the cozy fireplaces to the relaxing hot tub, everything felt both luxurious and comfortable. The inclusion of a fully set-up computer and reliable WiFi was a great bonus, especially for staying connected or getting a bit of work done if needed.The attention to detail throughout the home really stood out—everything was perfectly arranged and clearly well-maintained. On top of that, the location couldn’t have been better: set in a beautiful part of the city that made exploring easy and enjoyable.Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had. "Excellent lady at check in. Amazing customer service skills & very clear she enjoys her job. Very secure area. Room was exceptional on cleaning. If ever thru area & need a place this is your go to place. There is a Subway next door as well as a Road Ranger T/S. Only really 1 place on a Tuesday to have sit down meal is Family Diner. Excellent place as well. Would rate hotel 10 star if could "
