"Wasnt sure about this hotel after reading some reviews but i was pleasantly surprised, our room was clean, the owner was very friendly and helpful. It is located right next to a road and we did hear road noise but by 10, on a friday night, the noise stopped, we had a very quiet night in comfortable beds. Didnt have a breakfast included but coffee and tea was in the room and a mcdonalds up the street."

"This is the third time I have stayed at this place with traveling back to MI from FL. First two times were very good experiences, comfy beds and nice rooms. This time it appears that the hotel is not being unkept, there were multiple deceased ladybugs in the window sill and the blinds were torn and did not cover the window which faced the bright parking lot lighting and lights at the 24 hour gas station and Waffle House (would recommend this WH). "Cozy Hampton Inn nestled in the mountains alongside a state park. Friendly staff also very accommodating. Clean and comfortable room. Will definitely stay here again. "
