"Parking was a bit stressful at first but other than that it was a good short stay!"

"We'll start with the room. It was noisy. The proximity to the highway and the lack of rooms not facing it made for a tough time sleeping. Additionally, there was a patio door that didn't shut all the way and was held shut with, no joking, foil. The lights in the room didn't work, the phone didn't work, and there was a terrible smell. Outside of the room the carpeting was pulled up dangerously in multiple spots, and there was some sort of flood that had occurred. The carpeting squished as you walked over it, and had been that way for at least 16 hours. During that time I observed staff members cleaning other rooms right next to the flooded area. The elevators were disgusting, having an appearance of not being regularly cleaned. I tried my best to get transferred to another property, but was told that they could not do that. I would not recommend anyone stay at this location."

"The spa was great. There was an issue with the pool but they offered us to use the pool and another hotel down the street it was nice. The parking price is wild, $69 a day required valet. I chose to park at a deck down the street for $23 for my stay. That worked out well"

"This hotel was a very big disappointment!! when I bought the room, the deal I was offered said it included free breakfast but when I got to the hotel, the front desk told me it was. It was only a $35 credit towards breakfast. Breakfast ended up costing $78 with tip so I had to pay the additional amounts for both mornings of a two nights stay the free breakfast cost me about $75 breakfast cost me about $75. They also charge more for parking than what was shown on the website. The website said $30 a night for valet parking it was $55 a night. The front desk staff was not very friendly however, the valet staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also the waiter in the restaurant with another bright spot in this disappointing stay"

"I recently stayed at the Hilton Atlanta, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The biggest issue was the condition of the room. Upon arrival, it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. The room appeared poorly cleaned, with noticeable dirt and grime in multiple areas. I immediately brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk, expecting that the issues would be addressed promptly. Unfortunately, despite reporting the problems, nothing was done. No follow-up, no offer to move rooms, and no apparent effort to correct the situation. Being ignored after raising legitimate concerns made the experience even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the valet staff left a very negative impression. Several of the valet attendants were impatient, rushed interactions, and seemed overly focused on receiving tips. Rather than providing professional customer service, their behavior felt pushy and uncomfortable. Guests should never feel pressured when simply trying to retrieve or park their vehicle. For a hotel that carries the Hilton name, I expected significantly better standards of cleanliness, responsiveness, and customer service. The lack of attention to guest concerns and the poor experience with the valet staff overshadowed the entire stay. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience and would seriously consider staying elsewhere on future visits to Atlanta."
