We have stayed in this property a year ago and so were delighted at the rate and returned. Checking in was alright except the lobby is dark and dungeon like. The carpeted stairs hadn’t been vacuumed thoroughly from the lobby, upstairs. The carpet in the room was old, dirty (we didn’t take shoes off until we got into bed). We put our luggage on the second bed instead of the floor. We checked the bed for bugs and although none were seen, we didn’t sleep on the sheets. There was a brick wall along one side with two sparse double headboards. Our mattress was old and literally we could see the lumps in it. The bedding was disastrous, with outdated colours. The lighting was old, there were no USB outlets to charge electronics, there was one single old table/desk that had an old mini fridge beside it, with an older microwave on top of it and to top off the whole experience we had a 32” tv with miserable reception! My husband suggested we go out for dinner and I suggested we order in so I didn’t have to enter this room twice. We’re Wyndham owners on the time share part and this is a mark on the Wyndham name. Wyndham has let this hotel go without being held to minimum standards of any sort. We were in the room for an extremely short time as we were travelling and we were out as breakfast started to be served. Won’t be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone.
