"We chose Marlinton having researched the motorcycle roads.com web site. It is the perfect home base for some of the best roads in WV and western VA. 6 of us spent 5 nights and we truly enjoyed the property. If a lack or AC concerns you, it should not, our stay was during very uncommon high temps day and night and the home still cooled down beautifully with the fans provided. We spent one entire day in the home due to rain and still enjoyed our day on the beautiful covered porch. We are very familiar with VRBO homes and this what the best host communication we have experienced. Jenny cares about your experience. Very safe neighborhood never even a little concerned about our bikes. All amenities were provide we could ever ask for. I asked the group for suggestions to add, and they had nothing. The most shocking, and personal preference, was that everyone found their bed comfortable. Thank you!"

"Adventure in paradise along the Gauley River! Our family had so much fun fishing, tubing and hanging out on the deck and porch overlooking the River! The host was so welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay! The cabin was well stocked, brand new, very clean and well furnished! It exceeded our expectations!"

"This home is beautiful and you can’t beat the location, right on the Greenbrier River. It’s quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family get together. There were a few house keeping issues: sink tops in bathrooms were covered in dust. Freezer, top shelf was dirty. Screened in porch where we spent most of our time needed a good cleanup to remove all the dead bugs and debris. It states in the property description that fire wood is provided. There was no firewood. Even with the house keeping issues, I would consider renting again."

"If you are looking for a place to stay in Seebert, this is the one. It has everything you need and more. Well equipped kitchen, very clean and comfortable, and an amazing man cave garage complete with pool and poker table. Very peaceful and private with beautiful view.Just a short drive and you have access to the river. Everyone in my family enjoyed it and we are planning a return visit in the fall."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property near Marlington! The cabin is beautiful and still has that wonderful fresh, new-build feel. It was spotless, cozy, and such a peaceful place to relax.We had been a little concerned about staying during hot weather since there isn't air conditioning, but the ceiling fans kept the cabin surprisingly comfortable. It was only a little warm for a couple of hours in the evening, and the floor fan we brought made all the difference. If you're visiting during the hottest part of the summer, you may want to pack a fan just in case.Guests are asked to wash their own dishes before checking out. The previous guest had missed a frying pan and a couple of plates, but with the large sink it only took a minute to clean them, so it wasn't a big deal.One thing we really appreciated was how thoughtfully the cabin is stocked. During our stay, one member of our group misjudged a step and fell on her knee. We were so thankful to find both a first aid kit and a flashlight conveniently available. Those little touches really show that the owners care about their guests.The only other minor issue was that the yard hadn't been mowed because the lawnmower was being repaired. Since it was around 90F during our visit, we weren't spending much time outside anyway, so it didn't impact our stay.Overall, this is a wonderful cabin, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It's a beautiful, comfortable place to unwind, and we highly recommend it!"
