Sea views / Bar staff helpful / dogs welcome / Really Great (good quality) full breakfast spread / dine with whole bay views.. health club a bit run down but ticked the box. Would stay again as good value and wonderful location"

"The room was small but clean though the carpet was stained. The bathroom was very clean , even the retro champagne coloured suite was spotless!! Breakfast was adequate but not much choice and only instant coffee. The staff tried their best to be helpful. There is a parking fee of £9 a day but no guaranteed space. This is a cheap rather tired hotel on a noisy main road, and you get what you pay for. Don’t expect too much They don’t serve food either which is annoying after a long journey to get there, and we really would have appreciated it"

"Great location - very convenient for train station, and fantastic that dogs are allowed to stay, though no extras thrown in for them. No air conditioning though so room was very hot, even though an electric fan was provided."
