"House: Amazing property with an amazing view. Extremely clean and comfortable. Location was the best. The house also already had some swim and snorkel stuff as well as some condiments, coffee etc. Host: Regine was amazing. She helped with a ton of coordination before we came. She helped with charters, food recommendations etc. When we arrived, she met us at the dock and helped with luggage. She was very responsive during the week as well. I don't think we've had a better host. Overall: Easily the best house, host and location. North Caicos is an absolute hidden gem. We had the best family vacation exploring North and Middle Caicos. "

"We enjoyed our stay on the island and meeting with Mrs. Delancy was a pleasure. She was kind in meeting us at the dock and we followed her back to the cottage where she gave us a welcoming tour of the house. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The cottage was in a secluded area and about 5 minutes down a rocky road, but we felt safe and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The water pressure was adequate in the bathroom and shower. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was close to one of our favorite beaches on the island. We would be happy to stay here again. Thank you Mrs. Delancy. "

"Booked this somewhat last minute and glad we found it! Traveling with teens so it was nice to have room to spread out, the house is really quite large, we didn’t even really use the entire downstairs floor. Recently renovated and attractive. Good location in Bottle Creek, right near the Promenade which was nice for a daily walk. Lots of friendly goats to befriend! Easy drive to North shore beaches or to Middle Caicos. Dragon Cay on Middle Caicos is unbelievable and we went a few times. House had what we needed, we cooked at home quite a bit. Also very close to the only ATM On the island! Overall, highly recommend. And if price is a concern I don’t think you’ll find a better value anywhere on Provo, North or Middle! "

"At check in the manager was super rude on the phone. There is really nothing around the house or on the island for that matter. The view from the home is pretty but that’s about it. After finding 2 bottles of bed bug spray we left a day early. Would not recommend staying on north Caicos at all! Just do a day trip and save yourself the headache "

"High Rock House is in a central location in Bottle Creek, making it easy to get to all locations on North and Middle Caicos. The property was clean and the owners were very accommodating. Wifi wasn't working when we arrived, but they came and fixed it a few hours later. The reason for the 3 stars is that the photos shown are of a completely different apartment. Additionally, the toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle did not work. Another small complaint was the bedroom blinds cannot shut out the bright light from an outside bulb. I was able to cover the window with a towel, which helped.Other than these issues, the host was very kind and it was more than enough for us to enjoy the beauty of these islands."
