"had an overall decent stay at the property. The room, bed, and washroom were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues. The heater in the bedroom was not working, which made the room uncomfortable. Also, the balcony door/window was difficult to slide and did not open easily. Another point I would like to mention is the check-in and check-out timing. The check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which feels quite limited for the price being charged. It would be better if the hotel could consider extending these timings to provide more value to guests. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience better. Overall, a good stay, but a few improvements would make it much better."

"Our TV stop working, Kaitlyn came in to see if she could fix the problem. It was fixable so she immediately found another room. I appreciate her hospitality. All staff gave a welcoming smile. Chris was a delight in the restaurant. I look forward to seeing you again. Thanks it’s the little things that stand out."
