"The premises were immaculate and stunning. The staff were friendly and entertaining. I had fun participating in the aqua aerobics and tie dye with Kymani aka Fresh. Also, if you get the chance, do the hydrotherapy. It’s a unique and great experience. After hydrotherapy, I got a massage which was very relaxing. Nina was very professional and made me comfortable. And can’t forget about the delicious food! Be sure to make reservations for the Hibachi restaurant and get your coffees and desserts at the cafe. Honestly, all the food was delicious! Overall, Excellence Oyster Bay is amazing and I’d highly recommend staying here! Thank you to all the wonderful staff! You guys are amazing!"

"If you're looking for peace and quiet, friendly staff, excellent customer service, this is the place to be. The location of the property along with a clean environment was just what I needed. I would definitely go back. Our servers Sherica and Georgette provided excellent customer service."

"This stay was a lovely family weekend stay overall. The biggest issue for us was the buffet. It was average, repetitive, had no flow to the order (eg: no ketchup at kids nugget station/no milk by breakfast station) There was a lack of ice cream flavours and overall desserts for kids. However, the dinners at the restaurants were so good! Food, choice and service. Unfortunately families are not allowed to cross into the adult section and dine. Another minor issue we had. The adults are allowed to cross into our section and use up our family amenities like cabanas, and it makes our bar and food areas over crowded with a very different vibe at the entertainment pool…this is not uncommon for adult/family shared sites. Just a general remark we notice. Kids zone and splash park really good! Unfortunately our room had a drainage smell on the second day onwards from the toilet and shower, we reported but nothing was done so we just tried to manage it ourselves. It was a good and memorable stay overall. Staff are great."

"My family and I came to Jamaica for the first time and stayed at Ocean Coral Spring! We had an amazing time! So much food and so many restaurants to choose from! The pool was large with ample room and plenty of seating. The water park area for the kids was a favorite for my kiddos. The beach was super relaxing with the plenty of chairs and shade provided. The bar was just a few steps away too as was the Caribbean grill with amazing jerk chicken! A very family friendly hotel! Andre, the area manager was super helpful in making sure my son had a great birthday! The rooms were clean and property was well kept. I think most of the rooms are pretty walking distance to all the restaurants. Not too much walking! My ONLY complaint would be some of the staff. Whenever I called for something, MOST of the time I would get attitude. Very few friendly faces when we were out to eat. Just very different from our usual resort trips in Mexico with friendlier service. Other wise the resort would be 5 stars for me!"

If you're reading this book and don't hesitate you will not regret it. They also have its own driver for a small fee once your at the property"
