"So pleased that we chose the Geckos rest to stay for 4 nights. John and Amy were welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area, suggesting different ways to walk to town, where to catch a bus if we needed it. The rooms are spotless, have all you need. Nice smelling toiletries and well stocked tea tray. They provide free fresh milk should you want it and use of the fridge in the dining room in case you need to keep something cool. Plenty of parking for everyone staying. You will never go hungry...

"Wow what can I say… we loved staying at Borthalan House. The location is perfect for St Ives with train station only a few minutes away and easy routes to beautiful places such as St Michael’s Mount and Minack Theatre. What made our stay extra special was Margaret and Martin who really looked after us. Margaret’s breakfast was delicious and Martin’s humour gives us a good kickstart to the day. Borthalan House was really cosy and the room we stayed in had lovely sea views. We will miss our daily...
