The Space:
Chain of Ponds Cottage by Tiny Away is laid on the outskirts of Gympie region, just an hour and 10 minutes from Noosa Heads. Between two large ponds, our tiny house offers a cozy stay with easy access to the Pomona Distillery, Rainbow Beach Surf Club, Mary Valley Rattler, Mothar Mountain Rock Pools, and Noosa National Park.
Enjoy lush gardens, bushland, and a flat, grassy area ideal for relaxation. This 139-square-foot tiny home features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and surrounding areas. No access past signposted areas, this includes private residences and surrounds, machinery areas, workshops, horse stable areas, and livestock paddocks/yards. No feeding of any animals/livestock allowed.

Chain of Ponds Cottage by Tiny Away is in the Gympie region, just over an hour from Noosa Heads. Located within the Great Sandy Biosphere, it offers a true Australian countryside experience with open spaces, wildlife, and friendly locals. The tiny home sits between two ponds, surrounded by grassy areas and gardens, making for a peaceful and comfortable retreat.
Nearby attractions include Pomona Distillery, a small-batch boutique distillery, and Rainbow Beach Surf Club, which overlooks a beautiful white sand bay. The Mary Valley Rattler is a restored heritage steam train, and Mothar Mountain Rock Pools is a family-friendly spot with picnic areas and natural pools in the rainforest. Noosa National Park covers the Noosa headland and nearby areas like Lake Weyba, Peregian, and Coolum.

- Both 2WD and 4WD accessible.
By public transport:
- No public transport is available directly from the property.
- Gympie North train station is 10 km away
- Gympie Taxi service is available.

- Smoking is not allowed on the property
- Gas and wood fire BBQ Grill is available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- A constant supply of filtered rain water is available at no charge
- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property
- Due to the nature of the property, wildlife may be present on the property.
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows, and lock doors
- Mobile reception is weak for Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone; no signals for the rest
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
