"On arrival the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were helpful but without a smile. We then had the unfortunate experience of guests in the next door room who insisted on playing loud music in the evening, then again at 6.15am, being loud and smoking, the whole corrider smelt of cigarettes, which in turn created a fire risk for all guests. In turn the hotel staff were reluctant to compensate us (having spent €300) for this experience. We were offered breakfast which really was a little cost to them, we however were veey upset and tired for our day ahead. The hotel staff did not deal qith the people in the next room at all alart from ask them to turn the music down, they should have been thrown out! "

"Look no further ! This place is truly amazing , homey and cozy.Very nice and beautiful grounds with new and modern furnishings. Spot on with cleanliness. Bed was super comfortable. Amazing kitchen although we didn’t have time to use it. Coffee and tea available which is a plus ! On top of it the hosts were the most friendliest, accommodating, helpful and genuinely warm people. Could not ask for more!!!! "

"The room was clean, the bathroom was big and we were so pleased to find the EV charger was free to use. The only downside was the room was so warm even in December and there was no thermostat to turn the temperature down. We used the small fan in the room but it was not enough to cool us down so we did not sleep very well. "

"We stayed at room 503 in the annex, which was noisy at night due to the neighbour and had the tiniest shower. The room really felt 3 stars, not 4. The hotel is far away from the city and its restaurant had a limited offer."

"Spotlessly clean apartment. Comfortable and in a quiet cul de sac in Roxel. 15 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Very good transport into Munster.Maria was an excellent host. She communicated promptly and, even though there was some language difficulty, we were able to communicate."
