We enjoyed our stay. The place is older, but still nice with lots of amenities. The breakfast buffet was very expensive for what you get and could have been better. Still overall, is a nice place to stay with very nice and accommodating staff.

Our condo was in the older section. We had just paid a damage security fee and found the door on the main bathroom had a broken bottom hinge so the door couldn’t be properly closed. We called the front desk and it was repaired immediately. Beds and bathrooms were clean, but refrigerator handle and exterior were dirty- hand marks. Furniture was very worn, pictures were faded, spilled food on one chair. Floors were clean. Glass was clean. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty, needed a scrub. The pools, parking and other amenities were lovely. My only recommendation is to get a condo in the newer towers. Beach view was fantastic!

Love this place! The grounds are beautiful and access to the beach is easy. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Having a restaurant/bar on site is nice when tired after a day of fun and an optional breakfast (for a fee) is nice, too. My family and I have been here many times over the past few years and we love it!

Staff offered excellent support. The property needs an upgrade. Right on the beach and the pools were excellent. The gym amenities were bad (no weights and limited working equipment). Some of the elevators weren't working quite often. The location and the view are premium. We had a two-bedroom condo that was okay in size. We had a full-size kitchen to make meals. I'm so glad we made this trip. I would do it again.

I loved the room layout and the great accommodation environment. Being on the 9th floor, the view was amazing! However, there were a few downsides. Parking costs extra, and the indoor pool is tiny and very stuffy because the AC wasn't turned on—quite disappointing when you want to escape the hot sun. The outdoor pool was also a bit dirty, with snack wrappers floating inside and left uncleaned.

The girls at the front desk were so helpful and sweet. Our room was very clean, slightly outdated but clean. The view was perfect, and the pool area is beautiful. We would definitely stay again.
