Like many of the condo complexes in North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Sands was built in the 1980’s. Located mid building and on the 3rd floor, unit E3 offers amazing ocean views.

You can relax on the balcony in this comfortable, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, oceanfront condo. Take a break from the beach with a dip in the OUTDOOR POOL. The building has an elevator just 30 feet from our front door helping to limit your luggage burden.

The unit has a king-sized master bedroom with its own balcony access and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom contains one double bed and one twin bed. The guest bedroom also features its own bathroom and shower.

This condo offers a furnished kitchen, breakfast bar, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Fine dining, shopping, and entertainment are just a short walk away.

We work hard to make our condo budget friendly with a family feel and we are constantly updating. The unit has smart TVs, bathroom upgrades, new floors, refurbished kitchen cabinets, fresh paint on the walls, new balcony doors, granite counter tops and more.

In short, we want your oceanfront stay to be affordable and comfortable but not too expensive.
