Large open floor plan ideal for family time and meals. 2 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, & 4 twin beds (bunk beds. No sofa beds.) Lots of upgrades for 2025! New LVP in bedrooms, new bedding, beverage fridge, 3 new flat screen smart TV's & other upgrades. Charcoal Grills are available in garage area as well as picnic seating. Enjoy the oversized balcony with polywood seating for 6 and ocean view. It is the perfect location for your family vacation or beach getaway. Sleeps up to 12 people. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath with tub/shower and a separate shower. One bedroom contains two queen beds, private bath with double vanity & tub/shower. There are two bunk beds (4 twin beds) in another room and it shares a Jack and Jill bath with tub/shower with the remaining king bedroom. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV. Pillows: 4 King, 12 Standard/queen.The kitchen is fully stocked including 2 blenders, slow cooker, mixer, ice cream maker, and anything else you may need. Walk across the street to the beach or enjoy a swim in the on-site pool. There are two reserved parking spaces located in the parking lot below the building. Spaces are clearly labled 301 and are located directly across from the elevator. We have provided two parking passes that can be found on the counter in the kitchen. These must be used at all times while parked on the property in your appropriate parking spaces. No trailers are allowed. Parking is strictly enforced and vehicles will be towed if they are not appropriately parked. WiFi is available. The Network ID and password are on a note on the the refrigerator. LINENS, BATH TOWELS & WASH CLOTHS PROVIDED...Bring Beach towels & hand towels.
