Welcome to Beachwalk Villas, a luxury high-rise condominium property in the desirable Cherry Grove Beach section of North Myrtle Beach.

Our condo is a bright and airy space with updated decor that doesn't feel like a rental. With a gorgeous unobstructed OCEAN VIEW from 6 floors up, kitchen equipped for 8+, LINENS included and beds made, BABY/TODDLER gear (2 pack-n-plays, 2 strollers, booster seat, bed bumpers, tableware and utensils), 2 pools, hot tub, direct beach access, BEACH GEAR (4 beach chairs, 4 camping chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, toys), garage parking (2 passes), grilling area, and great owners who are here to help and really enjoy it, you CAN have it all!

You can see the ocean from the balcony, master bedroom, the kitchen, the dining area and the living room - so many spots to enjoy the panoramic view!

CONDO:

Our condo is bright and spacious, with comfortable furnishings and tasteful design. Many guests have commented that it feels like home! With three large bedrooms (K, K and 2 Q) and three full baths, up to 8 adults can sleep comfortably. With toddler cot and pack and play options, we can sleep an additional 2 children. A large fully-stocked kitchen, dining and living area all have views to the ocean and provide a happy gathering space. You're at the beach, after all!

Bed and bath linens are provided and beds will be made for you. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has two queens. Two pack-n-plays, two booster seats, bed bumpers and two strollers are available for younger travelers.

Four beach chairs, four camping chairs, two umbrellas, beach toys, picnic blanket, two soft side coolers and a beach cart are available for our guests. Beach towels are available too!

PROPERTY:

Beachwalk Villas has TWO buildings, both directly on North Ocean Blvd. Across the street from the beach is the high-rise condo building, with 9 stories of condo units atop a 5 story parking garage. While NOT ocean front, our condo is 6 floors up and easily looks over the 2-3 story oceanfront buildings and affords stunning panoramic views of the ocean. Bayside of the condo unit is House Creek, where beautiful summer sunsets will take your breath away.

The amenities center building is oceanfront and beachfront, and includes one outdoor pool, one enclosed but unheated pool, hot tub, game room with darts and foosball, exercise equipment and weights, bathrooms for a quick pit stop on the beach, as well as rocking chair porches to enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf.

BEACH:

Cherry Grove is the furthest north public beach in SC. The beach here is wide and flat, with powdery soft sand that squeaks when you walk on it -- perfect for tidal pools and sandcastles! The surf is generally gentle, with long rolling waves that are perfect for body boards, body surfing and bobbing in the waves.

UPDATES:

2024 updates include new water heater, hall rug, towels, shower curtains and decor.

2023 updates include: new LVP flooring throughout, new area rugs in all three bedrooms, new vanity lights, hall light and kitchen light, new dual shade (light filtering and blackout) roller blind system and a fresh coat of paint on all walls, ceilings, doors and trim. The ceilings have been scraped too (but who notices that?).

2022 updates include: new 2nd King bedroom furniture (including a much asked for desk!), new balcony furniture and rug, new lamps and more baskets for guest storage, all new living room furnishings, new living and dining rugs, a new faucet in kitchen, new ceiling fans and new beach gear.

2021 updates include: new dining furniture, new kitchen stools, new decor, new beach gear.

2020 and earlier updates include: Whirlpool stainless appliances, Samsung TV and sound bar in the living room, washer and dryer, HVAC system, queens and master king mattresses, Corelle dishes and Towle flatware, Kirkland pots and pans, wall art and decor, balcony furniture, towels and sheets, blankets and bedding and a keypad door lock for easier in and out.

Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Internet, Roku and basic cable are provided. Some TVs are SmartTVs and can access your programming of choice.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:

Cherry Grove Beach is perfect for all your vacation desires. As the farthest north beach along the Grand Strand, Cherry Grove is close to Calabash, NC where the seafood is legendary. Barefoot Landing is less than 8 miles away and has over 100 specialty shops, 16 restaurants, House of Blues and the Alabama Theater surrounding a gorgeous lake. Tanger Outlets is less than 10 miles away and has over 100 brand name outlets.

You're also a 20-30 minute drive to the attractions of Myrtle Beach, including the SkyWheel, the boardwalk and more. Broadway at the Beach is 18 miles away and features 3 theaters, over 20 restaurants and over 100 specialty shops. Golfers will love the wide selection of golf courses and mini-golf courses too. A wide variety of water sports are available in and around the Cherry Grove area.

Having enjoyed beaches all along the Atlantic Coast, we have made Cherry Grove Beach our home away from home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

PLEASE NOTE:

We do not rent to underage groups. This condo is not available for events, including parties, weddings/bachelors/bachelorettes, senior week, bike weeks. No motorcycles, RVs or boats are allowed on the premises per HOA guidelines. Garage clearance is 7'1" and may not accommodate oversized/extended length vehicles. No hard top roof carriers are permitted in the garage. No golf carts are allowed except for loading and unloading. Absolutely no pets. No smoking in the condo, balcony or hallways. Condo is equipped with a Ring doorbell that records audio and video. Building common areas, including pools, gym, game rooms, garage, hallways and elevator lobbies may be monitored by video surveillance.
