House was great for golf trip

The house was great although a little rough in spots but overall great for our purposes.

The host was very polite and responsive, and the house was neat and well-stocked with necessities. My only setback was that the WiFi worked inconsistently, and the TV in the bunk bed room did not work. I did reach out to management, and although they responded quickly and tried to help, the issue was that the TV itself did not work; they only brought replacement remotes to the unit. The tv not working is an easy fix. Overall, I’d definitely recommend and would return to this property.

Not very clean upon arrival, took almost 24 hours to get air conditioning worked on, and also not enough cooking utensils for the number of guest it holds. The place is very spacious for a big family and very close to the beach. Nice area just needs a lot of TLC and better response time from the host.

Great Time

The place was beautiful and clean. There were 22 of us, and we had plenty of room to enjoy. We loved the movie room. The beach was across the street, and numerous restaurants were there. All of the adults in our party gave five stars out of 5.

We truly enjoyed ourselves. The property was very clean. Besides a few minor things like the first floor balcony door wouldn’t lock. A couple of the tvs wouldn’t come on initially but we just unplugged them and plugged them back in and they worked fine. A few other minor issues but they didn’t interfere with our stay.

Annual family vaca

There were 11 of us and we were happy with the bedroom space and bathrooms. It would have been nice to know it was 3 floors with main suite in the 3rd floor. Living space wasn’t that great, couch wasn’t great and all the bar stools were either broken or almost broken. It was pretty clean and they had supplies like dishwashing pods, a few garbage bags and best of all some Dunkin kcups for the Keurig!! Beds were already made & towels were in each room as well as extra toilet paper!

Our stay was extremely disappointing due to the number of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues we encountered from the moment we arrived. An exterior door would not lock, forcing us to barricade it with a chair each night so our family could feel safe. One of the beds was broken, and my husband had to repair it himself just so we would have a place to sleep. Both bathroom sinks were clogged, and the bathrooms were left in an unsanitary condition, with hair throughout, including in the shower and toilet, dirty toilet paper left behind, stained bedding, stained curtains, dirty light switches, stained walls, and what appeared to be blood on the bathroom wall.Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent valuable time cleaning and disinfecting the home ourselves because it was not in a condition we felt was safe to use. We were traveling with an immunocompromised child, making the lack of cleanliness especially concerning, yet this seemed to be overlooked despite being communicated.We reported these issues multiple times and were repeatedly told someone would come address them, but the problems remained unresolved throughout our stay. What was most frustrating was not just the condition of the property, but the lack of urgency and follow-through. This experience fell well below the standard we expect, and it significantly impacted what should have been a relaxing family vacation.
