Spacious Townhouse Located at Barefoot Golf Resort + Free Attraction Tickets!

This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, townhouse located at Barefoot Golf Resort. You'll enjoy the peace & quiet of this golf community and enjoying the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 8 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and 1 queen in the 4th bedroom. (no garage access)

This townhome offers a spacious first and second floor layout that will offer plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi & free parking. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a screened patio area off the back of the property.

The Havens has it's own private community pool & BBQ area. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.

Barefoot Resort has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse. Only minutes away you have nightlife, Casino boat gambling in Little River, Dancing the night away on main street NMB, Nascar speedway, Ripley’s Aquarium, Carolina Opry, Dolly Parton's Pirate Voyage.

Family beach vacation

Enjoyed property however driveway at unit did not fit two cars as noted per listing. Rental agency very attentive to our calls and requests. Would rent again from this rental agency.

Beautiful Getaway

Beautiful property and neighborhood, the pictures are accurate. BBQ grill was missing and you have to drive to the garbage dumpster, property only allows 1 car because there is no access to the garage however I will definitely recommend this property and rental company

Four senior golfers had a great stay at this fantastic property. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Played 4 rounds nearby and had a wonderful trip.

It was a quiet location and plenty of dining options......there was only enough parking for one minivan and one of the bedrooms did not have electrical outlets. Overall it was a good rental for the price paid

Overall, it was comfortable. The fourth bedroom was a joke. No outlets, no fan, no closet. The chest of drawers should be replaced. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay

Wonderful accommodations. Excellent location Perfect for the four senior citizen golfers with the only exception being one of the bedrooms had absolutely no electrical outlets whatsoever in the room. Must have been a walk in closet converted into a fourth bedroom

Yearly guys golf trip

House was nice and in a great location. Having to pick up keys and take them back to.the office was inconvenient. Beds were not very comfortable. All the signs posted telling us what we could be charged for was unwelcoming.

Excellent 4bdrm

This was a replacement for a 4bdrm we rented but got flooded out the day of check-in. North Beach Realty got us this unit for us right away and got everything ready before we arrived. Oceanfront 4bdrm condo was a pleasant experience!! We will absolutely consider this unit in the future MB golf trips!

A few bumps but overall nice townhome

Upon arrival we thought the townhouse was great. It looked exactly like the photos. My only complaint is that there was no hand soap, just some kitschy bar soap and kitchen could have been stocked with better plates, cups and cookware. Little details go a long way. Apparently there was construction the week before and during our stay that we didn’t find out about until the Monday after check in on Saturday and it would have been nice to have a heads up as it was roofing and siding being done to the property. We couldn’t let the kids play in the back because of the roofing nails and workers dropping items all day. The roofers also cut the Wi-Fi line and we spent the whole week without any television or Wi-Fi connection but we survived. If it wasn’t for the lack of Wi-Fi, construction and the realty company not communicating that it was occurring I would have given a better rating.

Unpeaceful stay due to roof repairs during our entire stay

This property was found to be not well cleaned before we arrived at 10pm at night. Each morning of our stay, we were awakened by 7:30-8am by roof repairs being done and our doorbell ringing requesting we move our vehicles out of driveways. Quite the unpeaceful stay for our family. Arrived back after a day out to nails and debris all over the drive and sidewalk and a ladder over our front door. This property should not have been rented out during this construction work. Do NOT recommend staying here as you may be surprised by unforeseen happenings here with no warning.

Wonderful location!

This condo is in the perfect location surrounded by beautiful golf courses, great places to eat, easy and close distance to beach, along with access to 2 pools. The condo is very clean and in nice condition.
