This 3 bedroom, four bed, 2 bath home has an open floor plan, cozy furniture, comfortable mattresses and bedding which make this home ideal for your getaway. Relax in the home and caged Lanai & pool area, and unwind in the heated pool and lounge area. Outside: gopher tortoises, birds, rabbits, squirrels & other wildlife frequent the wooded, peaceful, tropical property.
*Front yard:
Landscaped, wide driveway fits four vehicles. Also plenty of free off street parking available in the grass. A wide sidewalk leads you to screened front porch, through which you reach the oversized front door with glass panels and a keyless entry.
There are three functional exterior Ring cameras on the property. One mounted near front door, one mounted on the garage, and one outside the pool cage on the Northeast corner of the house.
*Foyer:
Spacious, with a bar area, bar stools, glasses, shot glasses, ice bucket, beer bucket, koozies, cloth napkins, and place mats.
*Living room:
TV & remote control, couch, love seat, oversized chair; Wood & Welcome Shadowbox Collection End Tables (if you like them let me know-Wood & Welcome makes the tables) filled with things from the “Your True North In The South” property & from local beaches; an ottoman with wood tray, large basket of blankets, cards, games, ceiling fan, and a “sliced pizza” coaster set.
*Kitchen:
Refrigerator. Electric stove. Oven and grill mitts. Above stove Microwave. Tea kettle. Ninja coffee pot makes one cup or entire pot with 4 brew styles-Classic, Rich, Over Ice, or Cold Brew. Ninja Air Fryer. Toaster. Ninja Cookware skillets and saucepans. T-fal skillets. Ninja knives. Cutting boards. Wok, baking sheets, muffin pan, bread pan, salad bowl, mixing bowls with lids, serving bowls, measuring cups and measuring spoons, cooking, grilling and serving utensils, silverware, and basic seasonings. Pitcher, drinking glasses, coffee/tea cups, white Corelle plates, bowls, and saucers. Tan ceramic plates, bowls, and saucers. Dishwasher, dishwasher and dish soap, garbage disposal, garbage bags, dish cloths, and basic cleaning products. And, no kitchen is complete without an “Everything’s so cool” junk drawer.
*Dining room:
Table, chairs, and bar stools at the breakfast bar.
*Laundry Room:
Washer & Dryer, and cabinets with laundry soap, dryer sheets, a utility sink, and CrossWave vacuum/mop combo. Two extra large beach mats, beach towels, beach bag, and backpack coolers.
*West Hallway Closet:
Cleaning products, broom, mop, grocery bags.
*Master Suite Bedroom:
King sized bed, linen, TV & remote control, dresser with mirror, nightstands, accent chair, ceiling fan, and king, standard, and accent pillows.
*Master Bathroom:
Walk-in closet, hangers, extra pillows, double sink, walk-in whirlpool tub with shower, toilet, extra toilet paper, scale, bath towels, wash clothes, and pool towels.
*Bedroom 2:
Queen Bed, linen, TV and remote control, nightstand, ceiling fan, and standard and accent pillows, extra blanket, accent chair, and closet has hangers.
*Bedroom 3:
Trundle Daybed with two twin mattresses, linen for both, ceiling fan, king, and standard and accent pillows, TV & remote control, nightstands, accent chair, vanity with mirror and lights; magnifying and full length mirror. Closet has hangers, extra pillows, and extra blankets.
*Bathroom 2:
Shower, toilet, sink, closet with pool towels, shower towels, washcloths, and extra toilet paper. Bathroom 2 also has an access door to the lanai and pool area.
*East Hallway Closet: Extra linen, pillows and blankets.
*Office:
Desk, desk chair, 2 monitors, mouse, keyboard, books, games; Trundle Daybed with two twin sized mattresses and linen for both, and standard pillows.
*Lanai:
Heated pool-Please note advance notice is needed to preheat pool water as it takes a day to heat.
By renting this property you agree not to hold the homeowner or anyone who manages this property liable for any accidents that may occur inside or outside of property, including any accidents involving the use of the pool by guests, and/or pets. Swim at your own risk. No glass by or in pool.
Blackstone LP griddle grill-By using the grill you agree to clean and oil the griddle, and wash utensils prior to checkout. If you need more lp, you agree to refill and return the original lp tank under the Blackstone.
Two Patio sets, including a new couch, loveseat, two patio chairs, two new rocking/swiveling patio chairs, two new chaise pool lounge chairs, ceiling fan, outdoor dining table with six chairs and cushions, and a coffee table.
*Backyard:
Landscaped, lots of trees, Tiki Time Ring Toss game, and plenty of room to play the tropical Cornhole / Bags and Badminton games.
