Relaxat at Lovely home by the Warm Mineral Springs in Sunshine Florida.

Welcome to our cozy retreat! We’re absolutely delighted to have you as our guest! As you settle in, please feel right at home and make the most of your stay.
To ensure a comfortable experience for all, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
• Check-in time is after 4 p.m., check-out time is before 11 a.m. Please follow this time. In case you need to extend check in or check out, please let us know in advance, otherwise there may be guests coming the same day.
• This is a non-smoking home.
• No open flames or candles. If you find candles in the house, they are for outside use or for emergencies only.
• Please do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes.
• Please do not run the A/C with the doorsand windows open.
• Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• The residence welcomes dogs while adhering to established guidelines. The reservation permits one dog weighting up to 30 pounds. Approval from the host is necessary for additional or larger dogs, potentially incurring supplementary fees and refundable deposits. The standard dog cleaning fee will automatically accompany the reservation upon adding a pet. Please be aware that there will be additional cleaning fee $150 for large dog and $200 refundable deposit if there is no damages.
• Pets are kindly requested to refrain from accessing or using the beds within the premises. Please No pets on furniture or carpets. Dogs cannot be left alone in the house. Please pick up after your dog.
• Please return the furniture to its original position if it has been rearranged.
• If you damage something, please let us know immediately, so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
• Registered guests only. No extra guest allowed staying overnight.
• No events or parties.
• If you use the grill, please make sure the gas is turned off when not in use and the grates are wiped down. One additional cylinder of gas for the grill will be provided for your convenience. Empty gas cylinders can be exchanged in nearby stores. Please ensure that the grill is cleaned before your departure. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 charge for cleaning.
• Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Please place garbage carts to the curb on THURSDAY EVENING for the garbage pickup on FRIDAY MORNING.
• Please take the trash out before you leave.
• Please use the check-out instructions to prepare for your departure.
• Enjoy yourself and the Florida sunshine!​

Relaxing weekend

For being an old home look like from the 60s. It was newly remodeled, very clean and quiet area. A place to go if you’re looking for rest and relaxation. It didn’t hurt that. The warm springs were right around the corner.

Great hospitality, Lilia was a wonderful Host!

Springs Star

The property was spotless when we came in. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Everything here was all we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here and taking advantage of the mineral springs.

Long weekend

We were there for a family emergency. The home was immaculate. Lilian and her husband have put so much into the home to make it comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and people waived when they walked by. Stores and restaurants are close by. The beach is really close also. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Spring Training 2024

Upon arrival we realized we stayed in the same place in 2022. The house was very clean and refreshed from what we remembered. Lillia was over the top in making sure we had an enjoyable stay and we enjoyed her friendly manner and helpfulness. We plan to return next year for the Brave’s Spring Training games.

Ideal Location for Spring Training

We went for spring training. It was an ideal location for going to CoolToday park. The home was clean and prepared nicely for our arrival. The neighborhood was ok. There were a few sketchy looking characters roaming around the Circle K at the end of the road, but nothing near the actual home. It was quiet.

Warm mineral springs girls trip!

My sister in law and I stayed here to visit the warm mineral springs. The host was very kind, helpful and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She keeps the house super clean and is very thoughtful. It was a close walk to the springs we loved it!! Thanks again we will be back sometime in the future!

Property was great, clean, host Lilia outstanding. Location great near everything, not too far to Gulf Coast beaches. Walk to warm mineral springs. Would definitely stay here again!

Pretty Good

House was good for a brief stay. Remodeled and updated. It has recently been sold from when we booked it and the new furnishings didn't accommodate the same amount of people listed by the owner we booked under but we made it work.

Wouldn't stay again

It took me calling the owner to get the check in information. No check-in email with instructions was ever sent and texts on VRBO app to the owner were not answered. The house was OK, clean and pretty from afar. The ceiling fan in the room we slept was so loud and wobbled so hard I was fearful it would fall from the ceiling so I had to turn it off. The light in the other bedroom flickered so badly it gave you a headache after a minute or so. The hot and cold water in the bathroom sink is reversed. An outlet in the living room is not secured properly in the wall. When you unplug your cord, the whole outlet pulls loose from the wall. However, the WORSE thing about the property is the smell of the fresh water. They have a memo explaining what the smell is and not to be alarmed. It smelled so bad, we wouldn't even shower there. Good thing we only stayed one night. Also, there were glass dishes used as plugs in each of the kitchen sink drains, assuming to keep the bugs from coming up at night. Avoid this one at all costs!

Nice, cozy place with backyard access

Only issue was that the master bed was a mattress a little on the hard side. We still slept well. There’s bbq grill & patio table outside.

Clean, contactless checkin

Contactless checking was very helpful given our flight delays. Condo was clean with wi-fi password on the counter. Bottled water with tea/coffee to start you off was an appreciated touch. Living room has two couches now vs pictures which is better seating. There are 3 units in this building and laundry room was shared. We did not have issues with the neighbors. Water did have a strong sulfur smell.
