"The room was clean, and the location was convenient to downtown Dunedin, our room was on the opposite side of the elevator and very inconvenient to get to our door. We could not use the balcony, they were doing work on the outside of the hotel and the dust was all over the outside, we put our bathing suits and T-shirts to dry, and it got ruined. "We had 5 people and the room was big enough for all of us. The layout was great and was exactly like the pictures. The room was very clean, and the surrounding area was also clean and inviting.
