The property looked like the photos on Expedia. The problems start from there. On my way to the property from the airport, the front desk called me and wanted to know when I was arriving, because they wanted to leave. Check in is at 3pm, and it was 2:15pm. Then you find out that the "resort" does NOT clean your room daily, they don't provide clean towels, and they only give you a tiny bottle of shampoo ! I had to negotiate to get new pool towels, and I was told it I want my room cleaned, they would charge me a large fee + tax ! There is no mention of this on Expedia. At least 2 months before arriving I extended my stay by 1 day, and the Front Desk had no idea how to handle the 1 day extension ! I received 3 phones calls and 2 texts telling me they had no record of the extension and then scrolled down and saw the extra day. I only dealt with 1 "Adult" at the front desk, as the rest looked fresh out of college and had no idea how to deal with people and more importantly Hospitality, which is that main service at "resort" is supposed to provide. It's shame, because the grounds are nice, the pool area is clean, and the rooms are good, just don't use the few towels they give you, because they won't provide you more. And if you want clean sheets and pillow cases, look elsewhere. They did offer me some detergent if I wanted to wash my own ! I've been traveling for more that 50 years and NEVER dealt with anything like this. You get charged a "RESORT FEE"
