Country Retreat

  • Lovely 2 Bedroom apartment located in a rural setting. Within walking distance to Niagara River and Gratwick park. (10 mins)
    The space
    The owner lives onsite in the Main house. The apartment is located on the second floor of a 4 bay garage, located away from the road in the backyard behind the Main house. There are 2 apartments on the second floor. The apartment is approx. 870 sq feet. ***PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE 12 STAIRS LEADING UP TO THE APARTMENT AND MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR SOMEONE WHO CANNOT CLIMB STAIRS. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF THIS IS THE CASE.

    Guests will have access to the balcony and shared backyard.
    Other things to note:
    There is lots of wildlife in the area including rabbits, raccoons, skunks, fox, wild turkeys, hawks, deer and coyotes. Please do not feed the wildlife.
