"Good: I had a late check-in which the staff arranged for me to access the hotel no problem, thanks. The view from my room (level 12) was great. Not so good: loud whistle/trilling noise that was not repaired. Cockroaches in bathroom. Effort getting the bathroom door to stay closed. Lack of interest in my issues."

"The room was satisfactory but if I had one issue, it was the lack of a overhead fan for the bathroom. Plus the grouting in the bath area needed fixing. The location was excellent with the Seaview Hotel meals, just down the road, outstanding and good value. The other excellent factor was the availability of car parks on-site with access controlled via a security gate. All the staff, from the front desk to the cleaners and handy men, were all exceptionally friendly and helpful."
