"I would have given this property a 5 star review except the casino. It was right off the lobby and no separating door, so the cigarette smoke and smell permeated the entire hotel, including the restaurant and the rooms on the second floor where we were. I am not fond of casinos but if you have one at least separate it from the lobby and behind doors. The staff was very nice and the rooms comfortable and roomy."

"Renovated room was comfortable, especially the bed, but door deadbolt wouldn't turn and screws holding safety catch looked like they had already been ripped out. Continental breakfast is pretty limited. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Location is convenient for downtown. "

"We were very pleasantly surprised to find this very clean and modernized home to be very welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and the rooms were perfect for our family needs, that ranged from an 89-year old Mother/Grandmother, her mid 60's-yr old son and his bride, and a grown grandson/nephew. Mom's 90th birthday is coming up this summer, and we plan on staying here again if it is open that weekend."

"Beautiful home, initially was good communication with the owner. Upon arrival, noticed several things were broken (a kitchen light cover, cracked door frame from garage, broken shelf in refrigerator, smoke alarm chirping non stop. Floors and counters weren't very clean. Showers were supposed to have soap and shampoo - all bottles were either empty or hardly anything left. Soap dispensers at sinks were mainly filled with water. Laundry room was supposed to have soap, that was gone. There was only 1 trash bag and a half a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. The trash cans outside were overflowing. "
