"The room was clean but the tub was older. The staff was so friendly and kind. I didn’t use the shuttle but I upset because they parked the shuttle in the front door and you couldn’t go around it. It was pouring rain and everyone was upset bc it wasn’t going out again and we all were soaked!"

The entire facility was clean and well kept. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 10+++ When we return to the Cleveland area why would we even consider staying anywhere else. "
