"BIG NO!! Not only did we find 3 COCKROACHES in our room (we were able to kill one), but the owner Gustavo SHOUTED at my 8 year old son and elderly father who has Alzheimer’s. Around 9:45am, just before leaving. My father needed to use the restroom, now this isn’t a fast process given my father is elderly and sick.
