"The only real amenities that they had was a 24 seven coffee bar. The room that I did not have a fridge or a microwave in it you have to upgrade in order to get those amenities. My room just had a TV and some of the stations did not work at all, so it was kind of touchy and picky on what you could and couldn’t watch. That was a little disappointing because there were maybe three channels that my kids could watch and then one turn to adult stuff so those are the options. The staff was excellent, super helpful. The maids went the extra mile and actually laid out my kids blanket and their stuffy’s on the bed, which I thought was really sweet. I would stay again, but I will definitely be looking for a pool, continental breakfast and a room with a microwave and fridge, especially since we stayed five days that was a bit rough."

"All was good! Breakfast was put out when it was supposed to be food was nice and hot. Nice little spread that they put out. No complaints here."

"I had a really bad experience from the moment we arrived. Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 6pm and I was told my 2 room reservation wasn’t ready due to a shortage in cleaning staff. I urgently needed the room to change for an event and was told the earliest it would be ready was about 2 hours or possibly longer. One of the rooms was ready within 30 minutes due to me asking for it to be rushed. I was called that the second room was ready until 8:40pm. I asked for a cancellation and refund for room #2 since I would barely get use out of it and was told I could cancel without a refund. We found small cockroaches on both rooms throughout the night. There was a broken floor in one room. I didn’t get any help resolving this issue and the staff wasn’t understanding. They only said there was nothing that could be done but wait. Never staying at this hotel again."

"My vehicle was broken into and everything I had was stolen. What made the situation even worse was that no one from the hotel checked on me or offered any help. The staff showed no concern and did absolutely nothing to assist. They also charge $10 for parking, yet there is no security at all. Several other cars were broken into as well, and the officer mentioned this happens often at this location. I would strongly recommend NOT staying at this hotel."

"Cleanliness was bad. Our room had dirty bed sheets and blankets. The shower tub was dirty. Had to ask for clean sheet and have tub cleaned again. Hallway carpets dingy and dirty."
