"Quiet, clean, and close to our venue"

"so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do. as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests."

"My 4 year old loved her kids ‘den’ and the painted picture of the furry characters on the wall. As the place is clearly aimed at children a step stool for the sink and a flip down child sized toilet seat would have been good considerations. Water park floor and floors throughout the hotel were not clean but hardly surprising given the number of people there. It was so loud! We had to shout to hear each other most of the time. If you have sensory issues or want to eat reasonably healthily (not too much grease and sugar) plan accordingly! Plenty to do there and early check in was pleasantly easy and free!"

"There was a condom wrapper on the floor in our room, along with some pink pills. The indoor hallway was very smelly, homeless people knocked on our window at 2am, and no coffee available, even at the office. Do not recommend."
