8/10 Good
"Small, quiet, and clean little room. Polite staff at check in. Nice having a back entrance for easy room access. No reason I wouldn’t stay here again."

"We were very pleased with this hotel. They live up to their name. Very economical compared with other hotels in the area, but they did not skimp on service or amenities. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Linens were luxurious. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, and was well maintained. We would stay again"

The Androy Hotel - Superior Duluth

"The pictures on Hotels.com make the hotel look very nice. The Lobby and the room that we stayed in were very nice and clean. The front desk person when we checked in was a grumpy old lady that did the business and no hello, goodbye or chit chat. It appears that this is one of those old independent hotels that rents out most of its rooms for low income and or government subsidies, because most of the rooms on the floor we were on had the doors decorated on the outside like an apartment building. There were also different window AC units hanging out the windows from the outside than the room we stayed in. Was the room nice? Yes. Was the parking lot and smoking area that you have to walk through to get into the hotel sketchy? Yes. Would I stay here again? Yes. Was the cost affordable? Yes. Over all I would give this place a 3.5/5."

"Pool was a very nice size for a hotel! It was the best part of our hotel stay. It’s a pretty old school (think 80’s-90’s) but very well kept and clean. We would stay again! They have very nice room options for larger families too!"

Metropolis Resort

Metropolis Resort

8/10 Good
"This would have been 5 stars. Everything the water park, the restraunts, the tranpoline park, the go carts all top notch. The issue is the game zone. $1.75 to $5.00 a game and they charge a few to enter your $25 to $50 dollars is gone way too fast. It would be better to charge the entry fee and makes the games cheap so you can actually play for 1.5 to 2.5 hours. The game zone was so dead almost no one. Waist of space. Time zones in other countries have it that you can play for hours. The prizes you have to save up for so make them harder to get and for more tickets but at least let people play. Very dumb business design on the game zone. You could bring in so much more money buy letting people play and reducing the price to play....not to win prizes."

"This is a beautiful property and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping. The restaurant in the hotel doesn’t have a large menu but was adequate. The bar was also adequate. The views were amazing. The beds were comfortable."
