"Check in was at 3pm I came at 5 and still had to wait. Got to the room and the refrigerator had old food still in it. Had to pay for parking plus 150 deposit "

"House cleaning need to improve tiles need to be mop , bathroom could be clean better .I reported that I found a Roach in the closet coming down from the vent and this was not a baby roach it was a good size roach.The security was very concerned but the customer service lady when I tolled about the roach she said it was the weather no concern at all from her she made it seem it was ok.I was not happy with her .But Security took more interest in this issue.We took pictures on this issue."

"I had a really great stay here. From the moment I arrived, the place felt warm and welcoming. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the rooms were spacious enough to relax comfortably whether you’re staying for a night or a weekend getaway. The staff was one of the highlights. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. It felt genuine, not forced, which made the experience even better. This hotel works well for different kinds of trips—whether it’s a quick family stop on the road or a short getaway. I also appreciated how well they’ve accommodated guests with disabilities. The accessibility features are clearly intentional and thoughtfully done. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend staying here. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and a place I’d happily come back to."

"Highly would not recommend. Didn’t know if I was checking in or looking for the local plug. On arrival people were running after each other that were stealing each other money . Booked a room with a queen and pull out couch for my family and on arrival they check me into a single queen and tell me “ sorry Expedia changed it which is absolute rubbish . This place should be demolished with the staff for everyone’s benefit. Checked out immediately. The hotel is absolutely disgusting I mean my shoes underneath were cleaner. Wouldn’t even had stayed if it was free. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR HEALTH!!!!"
