Warm welcoming staff, always/all ways ready to help. A wonderful selection of breakfast foods available each morning. Coffee and/or tea available 24/7//365, in the breakfast area. I had to make a last minute change to an adaptive room. The front desk handled my request, over the phone, quickly and efficiently The adaptive room was wonderful, I had a little problem in the bathroom. The problem was quickly fixed by maintenance. I found a light switch on the ironing board cupboard, when pushed, it turned on a delightful nightlight!

Location is a plus but you can tell the “renovation” was done to cover things up. The ceiling fan was making noise, the bathroom walls had dust, the elevators could be cleaner. Overall it’s a good hotel for like a one night stay. Breakfast was decent.
