"I did not eat breakfast at the hotel because we always woke up later than the times the breakfast was sold. If the hotel had a brunch menu from 10:00am to 12:00 pm, this would be breakfast and lunch then I would be able to join. My son woke up late everyday and I didn’t want to come down for breakfast without my son. Maybe this “brunch idea” wouldn’t be bad for your business. Otherwise, I liked everything about the hotel and the people that worked there and the va parking. "

"Perfect location to explore the city and access the central station. Staff were very helpful in reception and you can store luggage if needed. Room was comfortable and warm. Note there are currently construction works going on directly opposite the hotel which may mean more noise than usual. Hotel WiFi was also affected because of this. I appreciate this is no fault of the hotel's but we were not made aware of these nearby works before checking in."

"Gotta give a shout out to the staff first. I requested extra pillows ahead of time and when we arrived to check in, they were already there. Later, when I mentioned my husband's bad back and said that we would appreciate (if possible) an extra mattress pad, they were extremely helpful and accommodating with what they had. Ended up just using an extra comforter on the bed for him and we had the best night's sleep. The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly, going above and beyond with making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The next day, a different petson at reception asked if the comforter was adequate or if we still would like a mattress pad, picking up from the nuts if the last person in the system. The gym was really nice, small but well equipped and maintained. Breakfasts were beautiful, everything was fresh with a good variety. I certainly missed that breakfast when we had to check out at 2:45AM for our flight, but the reception staff was as pleasant as always. We'll consider this hotel chain when we come back to Norway for sure. "

"Breakfast is spectacular and well priced. Beautiful common areas. But the rooms themselves are a bit blah. And they charge through the roof if you want to use the pool which is pretty poor given the price."
