Very welcoming & helpful team especially Matthew - thank you. Comfortable room that was very clean. Lovely restaurant & food. As it is a character older property soundproofing levels meant some noise from other guests was noticeable.

Excellent stay

We had a two night stay to do a bit of shopping and sight seeing. The hotel is very clean and the room was very comfy with a massive bed. The hotel is very close to the city and has plenty of parking.

Really good hotel in a great location for the city centre, probably the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever met, excellent food, great breakfast. Ideal with the great weather, brilliant area to sit and eat outside. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for a break in Norwich
