Situated on bustling Unthank Road, this cosy studio apartment is perfect for solo travellers or couples looking for a city break or business trip. With great pubs, cafes, and restaurants right on your doorstep, and Norwich city centre just a 15-minute stroll away, you’re in a prime spot! Ideal for short or mid-term stays, this compact yet thoughtfully designed space has everything you need for a comfy and convenient stay.
We are a family-run corporate letting and serviced accommodation business that prides itself on offering guests everything they need for an enjoyable stay, whether for business or pleasure.

Welcome to Apartment 3, where you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), kettle, toaster, and washing machine. The living area is cosy and inviting, featuring comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with Freeview. Plus, WiFi is available for your convenience! At the back of the apartment, there’s a lovely separate sleeping area with a snug double bed and a small built-in wardrobe to store your belongings. You’ll also appreciate the small but convenient bathroom, which includes a shower for your comfort.
When staying at York Terrace, most local amenities and attractions easily reached on foot. It’s a pleasant area for walking, with tree-lined streets and plenty to see.
Cycling is a popular way to get around Norwich, and Unthank Road is well-connected with cycle routes that lead to the city center and nearby parks like Eaton Park.
Several bus routes run along Unthank Road, offering regular services to Norwich city centre, Norwich Train Station, and other key parts of the city. The frequent buses make it easy to explore the city without a car.

- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).
Damages:
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.
Terms of Stay:
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.
Extras:
- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
- UK bed sizes apply.
