Sadly our room was very disappointing. Mould and dust around windows, mould in bathroom and drain in shower blocked so only able to have extremely quick shower to avoid flooding bathroom. Staff at reception were apologetic however for amount paid would expect more from this hotel chain.

All staff were fantastic. Very polite and welcoming. Booked a privileged room , bed really comfy and room clean. Bathroom needed updating, toilet didn't flush properly and hardly any power in the shower. Enjoyed breakfast, not much choice on cereal but fresh pastries and fried breakfast was nice.
