My recent stay at The Orchard Hotel in Nottingham was exceptional in every sense. Having stayed here before and enjoyed such a fantastic experience, I chose to return — and once again, it proved to be the right decision. When travelling, the hotel you choose matters. A superb hotel adds greatly to your day, gives you confidence, and helps you deliver successfully in your tasks. The Orchard does exactly that. The staff were outstanding — attentive, professional, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond when needed. In some hotels, service can feel divided, but here I felt fully valued and looked after throughout my stay. The room was excellent and felt like a real upgrade from my previous visit — spacious, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The food was also amazing: beautifully presented, carefully prepared, and of excellent quality. Everything — the staff, the location, the food, and the room — was exceptional. Although there was some noise from the room next door, it did not take away from what was otherwise an excellent stay. I highly recommend The Orchard Hotel to anyone visiting Nottingham. We were extremely happy with our stay - excellent facilities, convenient parking, a clean, well-presented bedroom. But best of all were the staff with special mention to Erinda on Reception, who really looked after us and was delightful; and Zizi who was in charge of the breakfast room and also looked after us. For all of this the price seemed very reasonable. Very happy and will definitely stay here again.
