Retornamos ao hotel porque já havíamos gostado. Muito boas as acomodações, estrutura de lazer (principalmente quem tem crianças pequenas os recreadores são 10), restaurante e limpeza geral excelente. Toda a equipe foi atenciosa. Obrigado por tudo. Voltaremos em breve novamente

Custo benefício muito bom 👍 inclusive no meu caso, com pensão completa. Comida e café da manhã muito bons, piscina aquecida muito boa, proprietário e equipe de funcionários muito simpáticos, atenciosos, educados e super gentis. Tinha uma equipe de recreadores para crianças, trilhas, lareira no jantar, mesa de sinuca, toto, pingue-pongue. Enfim, muito bacana a estadia. Super recomendo. Apenas os travesseiros poderiam ser um ☝️ pouco mais baixos, mas isso em nada despontua a excelente classificação que dou para esse hotel !!!

Adorei o hotel, fomos muito bem atendidos, tanto na recepção como no restaurante, pontuar o atendimento no restaurante do Iago e da Marta, eles são ótimos. Todas as nossas dúvidas foram sanadas e tudo que precisamos durante a estadia foi providenciado.

Local agradável, a maioria dos funcionários atende bem, em especial o Leandro que foi muito prestativo em solucionar os problemas com a internet apesar de não ter conseguido. Café da manhã ok, piscinas excelentes. Recepcionistas da noite despreparados e sem cordialidade. Internet do hotel não funcionou em nenhum dia, somente na recepção.

Amamos ficar hospedados no Hotel Villa Verde. Tivemos um pequeno problema com ar condicionado que logo foi resolvido pela equipe do hotel, que aliás são muito solícitos e educados. Café da manhã farto e variado.

De forma geral foi agradável, mas tive alguns problemas como por exemplo o telefone não estava funcionando, não tinha água quente e a TV parou de funcionar. Desses 3 problemas apenas a questão da água foi resolvida.

Adoramos o lugar. O grande diferencial é a piscina aquecida e a sauna. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos. O café da manhã é farto. Apenas acho que a roupa de cama poderia ser de uma qualidade superior assim como os travesseiros, que são altos e sintéticos. O ar condicionado da minha unidade, 117, deve ser revisado, pois não gela. Mas, em termos gerais, considerando custo-benefício achei muito bom.
